Sarah Duncan is a novelist who also writes short stories and scripts. Her first novel, Adultery for Beginners (2004) was short listed for the Joan Hessayon New Writers Award. Other novels include Nice Girls Do (2006), Another Woman's Husband (2008) and A Single to Rome (2009) which was longlisted for the Romantic Novel of the Year. Her most recent novel Kissing Mr Wrong was published in May 2010 by Headline Review. Her novels are published in fourteen countries around the world including the USA, France and Germany. Her script A Naked Eye was filmed in 2005 and won five major international awards including Gold Medal at the world's largest International Film Festival, Houston. Her short stories have been widely published in a variety of magazines and anthologies, as well as being broadcast on Radio 4. She is a keen blogger, writing about writing techniques and craft. Sarah has an MA in Creative Writing from Bath Spa University. She has taught the Fiction Writing Workshop for the University of Bristol for the past eight years, as well as teaching creative writing and script writing for the University of Oxford and Advanced Studies in England, a branch campus of Franklin and Marshall College, Pennsylvania, USA.
