Write your Will for free

Whether you are writing a new Will or updating an existing one, using a professional Will writer through the National Free Wills Network to create a simple Will ensures that important details are current, the money you’re gifting is used the way you intended and left to the people and causes you care about.

Leaving a legacy to the RLF is optional, but we welcome those who do and are extremely grateful to anyone who considers leaving a gift in their Will. These thoughtful and generous legacies allow us to sustain—and expand—our programmes and vital support for the next generation of writers.

All you need to do is:

  1. Fill in our enquiry form to let us know you’d like to use the National Free Wills Network.
  2. We will refer you to the Network, and a pack will be sent directly to you containing a list of your local participating solicitors and a form.
  3. Contact your chosen solicitor to arrange an appointment, either online or in person. Take along your completed form and have your simple will written for free.

For a more complex Will, solicitors will discuss any potential costs with you so that you won’t end up with an unexpected bill.
