The Royal Literary Fund’s first webinar explored the realities and balance required to build a writing life that truly works, covering the practicalities, financial requirements, and mindset needed to sustain a creative career as a professional writer today.

Hosted by multi-award-winning writer and broadcaster Nick Ahad (BBC Radio 4 Front Row) with additional insight from Federica Fiorillo, International Rights and Policy Manager at the Authors’ Licensing and Collecting Society (ALCS). Speakers include writers Emily Itami, Derek Keilty and Karen McCarthy Woolf.
